At Home

Bob Smith has been a resident of the Colorado Springs area for over 40 years and active in the local business community as a Lender and REALTOR for over 30 years.

Bob and his wife Kristie make their home in Monument with their 5 year old twins, Sophie and Grace. He also enjoys his two grown kids, Jennifer and Andy, and two grandkids.

At Work

Bob began his real estate career in 1992  and worked with the local Prudential Real Estate franchise, first as an agent and later as manager of the Monument branch office.  He is the recipient of multiple "Presidents Circle" awards, reflective of being in the top 5% of Prudential agents nationwide.  Prior to his real estate career, Bob was employed for 20 years as a loan officer with local banks and mortgage companies.

 In 2005 Bob decided to go back to full time real estate sales and joined the leading independent Real Estate firm in Colorado Springs, The Platinum Group REALTORS.
